Ep. 14 | What’s worth fighting for? What do I give up?

March 14, 2019

When you find something that works, you want to give it to the world.

What you’ll learn in this episode: ~ How to know what to fight for in your life ~ even if you are exhausted from and frustrated by the fight. (Hint: it’s the title of my podcast theme song.) ~ How to know what to let go of in your life. (Hint: it’s the story you have created about what makes your situation impossible.) ~ One of my favorite tools for cleaning out past resentments & regrets, experiencing relief, and imagining the possibilities. What I am offering to you today, is something that has worked for me and the hundreds of women I have coached over the last 5 years. I know it can work for you, too. If you “just want peace” in your life, and if you learn and apply this tool, you will absolutely create more peace in your life. But it will cost you something. It will cost you your insistence that somehow things should have been different, it will cost your holding onto the “principle of the matter,” it will cost you letting go of your resentment, and it will cost you saying good-bye to regret. So, if you are willing to let go of these, or even if you aren’t sure that you are willing, but you are curious to see what I have to say, to learn what is worth fighting for, I want you to take out a pen and paper, and invest the few minutes of your time it will take to learn this tool right now and to begin to apply it in your life. Until next time, thank you for your commitment and dedication to increasing your own mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and thank you for joining our group of Pilgrim Souls who are out in the world making it a place of greater peace, ease, and enjoyment. XOXO + Press on, Tara
