In this episode, I share with you the first step in our Year of You Workshop process: beginning with a deep sense of appreciation for the woman and man who got you here, so that we may understand that is the same person who will get you where you want to go 90 days or 1 year from now. She and he are also the same person who is waiting with open arms to meet you half way and celebrate your arrival in the future that awaits on the horizon of your imagination. Future Year Of You Dates and other information about participating in upcoming workshops are at tarasimkins.com
In this episode, I give you the background of *why* I do what I do, *how* it has transformed my life, and *why* + *how* I know incorporating these life skills will allow you to imagine and build a life centered on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health so that you may fully realize the gift of your life!! This week, I want to introduce you to my 2018 Word of the Year: DELIGHT, and share with you the power of delighting in our friendships. We are going to talk about the revolutionary idea that lovability is about our ability to love others, instead of our ability to be loved. Yep. It's a game changer. And delighting in our friendships is the place we are going to start playing around with this idea. I do give you a little homework for the week: Pick a friend with whom you have an easy in your life. Brainstorm all the things you love about that friend c Write her and him a note sharing those things. Experience the power of delighting in that friendship through this exercise. Until next week, XOXO + Press On, T PS. Don't forget to check out the Year of You at https://tarasimkins.com if you want to make this year extraordinary.
